What is Executive Coaching?
Coaching is a relationship based on trust and confidentiality. It’s a process where we create a partnership. My role is to be your thinking partner who helps you gain greater clarity and awareness, locking arms to solve problems together and ensuring that you grow personally and professionally. Coaching helps you to achieve results and ultimately propel higher.
The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, and that’s the work that we do together.
What are the key benefits of Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching can help you establish and take action towards achieving goals, become more self-reliant, and gain more job and life satisfaction. An Executive Coach can be your guide to contributing more effectively to your team or organization and taking greater responsibility and accountability for your actions and commitments. Executives who have a coach work more easily and productively with their peers, bosses and direct reports, and communicate more effectively at all levels.
Where and how do coaching sessions occur?
All coaching sessions are confidential one on one conversations. Our coaching sessions are held virtually using video conferencing software. This allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home or office.
How long will I need the coaching services?
A coaching engagement is typically a 6 or 12 month process, however, I work with you and your goals. This is a flexible approach that allows you to choose a 4, 6, 9 or 12 month program where we meet virtually. The frequency of our conversations is determined based upon your specific needs.
What coaching methodology do you subscribe to?
My methodology is a process that incorporates principles of positive psychology as well as neuroscience strategies and tools into the coaching process. I believe in guiding clients towards their optimal state of flow. When in flow people are highly engaged and propel forward. Coaching becomes a thought-provoking, creative process that inspires people to stretch themselves to maximize both their personal and professional potential.
Are individual or 360 talent assessments needed?
I work with you, your company and the goals that you are looking to develop to make an informed decision. Individual assessments along with 360 surveys or 360 interviews provide great insight into identifying blind spots, strengths and development opportunity areas however they are not always required, the decision depends on your goals.
